Description

  • Independently manage and lead a high-performing team of Direct Sales Reps to meet team objectives and results.
  • Develop, train, and coach sales reps using data-driven plans and regular 1:1 and team meetings.
  • Identify systemic business issues and lead cross-functional efforts with Tech Ops and other partners to improve field escalation resolution and exceed SLA targets.
  • Build partnerships with chambers of commerce and community organizations to strengthen local ties and support regional objectives.
  • Interpret local market intelligence and sales data to share insights and recommendations with the Head of Sales and Regional Leadership.
  • Support customer satisfaction efforts by working with local teams and helping resolve field escalations in a timely manner.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of market-level strategy for residential sales channels.
  • Lead efforts that contribute to customer growth and achievement of sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical sales or business experience.
  • 3 years of door-to-door (D2D) sales experience.
  • 2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team, including onboarding, training, and coaching.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using concise written and verbal communication to persuade and update internal and external stakeholders regularly.
  • Experience building and motivating direct sales teams and/or managing sales vendor teams in the telecom industry (preferred).
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve business targets and goals (preferred).
  • Experience managing daily operations, projects, and tasks to completion with minimal guidance (preferred).
  • Experience managing a variety of extended workforce teams to achieve business goals (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • US base salary of $126,400 - $139,000 plus bonus and benefits.
  • Location-based pay with final salary determined by work location and relevant factors.
