Description

  • Establish business plans by account and develop plans to achieve annual quota.
  • Build pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, networking, targeting, and qualification of new opportunities.
  • Present the business case for GHX solutions and quantify ROI and the cost of maintaining the status quo or choosing competitors.
  • Develop and implement strategies for selling to C-suite stakeholders and securing internal buy-in.
  • Validate prospect needs through discovery and translate findings into solution-oriented ROI proposals.
  • Refine messaging and sales tools used to recruit and convert customers.
  • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to expand product usage and identify additional customer problems GHX can solve.
  • Protect and penetrate accounts held by competitors while advancing purchase decisions appropriately.
  • Track and report sales opportunities in Salesforce.com to forecast deals accurately.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams to improve customer value and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software solutions sales or related experience.
  • Experience building a pipeline and qualifying and identifying deals through to completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external clients.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Previous ERP sales and/or healthcare supply chain sales experience is highly desired.
  • Experience with various ERP systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM applications is preferred.
  • Ability to articulate and sell a complete solution versus specific product features and functions.
