Description

  • Own relationship management and revenue for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with accountability for retention, growth, and overall account health.
  • Build and deepen trusted relationships with Amazon partner teams to generate referrals and new leads.
  • Lead strategic client conversations and represent Revive with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and director-level contacts.
  • Drive pre-sales strategy, campaign analysis, reporting, and quarterly business planning for assigned accounts.
  • Manage internal account operations, including platform tools, agency onboarding, and RFP processes.
  • Represent client needs to Product and Partnerships teams to inform feature improvements and product direction.
  • Collaborate closely with Media Ops, Partnerships, Product, and the Strategy team.
  • Work in a hands-on capacity across both external relationship management and behind-the-scenes operational support.
  • Travel in-market as needed to support partner relationship building.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in account development, account management, or sales, ideally in ad tech or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and ad tech sales cycle, client needs, buying behaviors, and the broader ad tech ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of DSPs and SSPs; Amazon DSP experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts and multi-million-dollar client relationships.
  • Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and director-level audiences.
  • Experience in a relationship-driven, channel-style model rather than cold outbound selling.
  • Hands-on mindset and willingness to learn internal tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and consultative communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Technical understanding of ad serving technologies and data management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience growing client relationships through retention, cross-selling, and revenue expansion is preferred.
  • Prior experience or interest in managing or mentoring others is preferred.
  • Experience introducing performance measures or process improvements that scale is preferred.
