Description

  • Make outbound calls to generate new business and build rapport with prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys and leading law firms in an assigned territory.
  • Build new attorney and law firm relationships to increase referral business.
  • Oversee all contact with attorneys, including initiating outreach, following up, and answering questions.
  • Keep Oasis top of mind through ongoing dialogue with attorneys.
  • Cross-sell the company's toolkit of resources and services.
  • Assist Regional Directors with day-to-day activities, including covering cases when they are out.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the pre-settlement or medical lien field is a plus.
  • Personal injury knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working with attorneys, selling into law firms, or selling to other professionals is a definite plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of drive, motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Ability to work with sales and other high-energy personalities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific business goals and monthly or quarterly quotas.
  • Must be organized, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionate.
