Description

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, industry websites, cold calling, and cold emailing.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the Business Development Executive.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations using a BANT mindset.
  • Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with a high level of accuracy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and represent GetResponse to prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to build pipeline and support local market growth.
  • Experiment with outbound approaches to improve prospecting and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience selling to Romanian SMB or mid-market accounts.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience in outreach.
  • Native Romanian speaker.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • Based in Romania.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools (preferred).
