Description

  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Make targeted cold calls using provided scripts, qualify prospects, and book meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and keep prospect records organized.
  • Plan a simple content calendar and draft or schedule posts, mainly for LinkedIn and occasionally Instagram and X.
  • Monitor direct messages and track basic social media analytics.
  • Create concise briefs, slides, and one-pagers for internal or external use.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed.
  • Participate in a 60-minute introduction discussing executive assistance, social media management, and cold calling experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • 1+ year of cold calling experience in an SDR/BDR or similar role with booked-meeting results.
  • 1+ year of social media management experience for a brand or executive account.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a professional phone presence.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Basic Canva skills.
  • Preferred experience in a mental health clinic.
  • Light design/video skills with Canva or CapCut and LinkedIn ghostwriting experience are nice to have.
  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, fintech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
