Description

  • Own the end-to-end renewals book of business for the Security product, including on-time renewals, backlog reduction, and GRR/NRR performance.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve the renewals process, policies, playbooks, and commercial standards.
  • Shift renewal outreach to a proactive 90-day cadence, and 180 days for larger or strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate and close renewal terms, including pricing changes, multi-year commitments, SKU/edition changes, and discount removal.
  • Build a light upsell and cross-sell motion into the renewal process over time.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on pricing, forecasting, account ownership, adoption, and at-risk renewals.
  • Direct offshore renewals support for quoting, data hygiene, scheduling, and administrative work.
  • Manage renewals that involve integration and channel partners, including co-terming and partner-influenced commercials.
  • Apply AI and automation to streamline quoting, outreach, risk scoring, forecasting, and data management.
  • Own renewals forecasting, reporting, CRM hygiene, and root-cause analysis for churn and contraction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success with a commercial or quota-carrying component.
  • Direct ownership of a renewals book of business with retention responsibility for GRR/NRR.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating renewal commercial changes such as price increases, multi-year terms, and SKU/edition changes.
  • Experience designing, documenting, or materially improving a renewals process, policy, or playbook.
  • Experience shifting a team toward a more proactive, earlier renewal cadence.
  • Track record of partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success in a cross-functional environment.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience managing renewal opportunities, accounts, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with CPQ/quoting tools, BI/reporting tools, spreadsheets, and modern AI/productivity tools.
  • Preferred experience working with offshore teams, AI tools or agents, channel or integration partners, and expansion motions; customer success or renewals certifications such as Gainsight, SuccessCOACHING, or Winning by Design are a plus.

  • Estimated base salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus a variable incentive targeted at about 30% of base, with OTE of approximately $135,000–$160,000.
