Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase user growth, trading volume, and brand exposure in global crypto markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with crypto projects, DeFi protocols, Web3 platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, communities, and affiliates to support marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Design, negotiate, and manage collaboration models with KOLs, including CPA, revenue share, and volume-based incentive programs.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance to improve user acquisition and trading volume.
  • Explore and expand market opportunities in emerging regions, especially Africa, using localized growth strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align BD initiatives with business goals.
  • Stay current on global crypto regulations, compliance requirements, and local payment solutions such as mobile money integrations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, online AMAs, conferences, and community activities as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development progress, market insights, competitor analysis, and growth performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of business development experience in African crypto or blockchain markets.
  • Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Established network within African crypto influencers, communities, and projects.
  • Extensive KOL resources with a verifiable trading volume track record.
  • Fluent in English; additional African languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of African crypto regulations and mobile money integrations such as M-Pesa.
  • Experience working with marketing, product, and operations teams is preferred.
  • Ability to represent the company publicly at events, AMAs, and conferences is preferred.
