Description

  • Lead the transition from a single-product sales model to a multi-product SaaS suite covering EOR, Contractor management, and Gia AI.
  • Build and scale a sustainable outbound and hunting motion to reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Accelerate sales cycle velocity and improve activation rates by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Expand successful SMB and mid-market motions into an enterprise-grade sales approach.
  • Integrate AI tools into the sales workflow to improve rep productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting using Salesforce and Clari as the source of truth.
  • Partner closely with GTM Ops, Product, and the Partners team to support aggressive logo acquisition.
  • Model company values and foster high-trust, accountable cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive high-value engagements and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech.
  • Experience operating at the $300M–$500M+ ARR stage, or similar scale.
  • Strong net-new logo hunting mindset focused on acquisition rather than account management.
  • Proven success managing short sales cycles of 30–45 days while moving up-market into enterprise.
  • Ability to lead technical sales involving compliance, global labor laws, and complex pricing structures.
  • Expert-level experience with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Early adopter of AI tools to improve sales productivity.
  • Direct experience in Employer of Record (EOR) or global expansion is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing both inside sales and experimenting with outside/field sales models is preferred.
  • Background checks are required, including possible criminal record checks.
