Description

  • Develop and lead multi-year strategies to drive Portworx adoption and revenue growth across strategic accounts in the United States and with global counterparts in EMEA and APJ.
  • Build, coach, and empower a diverse and inclusive sales team focused on scalable, sustainable performance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to strengthen customer advocacy, engagement, and ecosystem growth.
  • Lead a value-based sales process optimized for SaaS and cloud-native software solutions.
  • Collaborate across Everpure and Portworx to maintain strategic alignment and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and routes to market to expand relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Participate in and drive leadership presence in sales meetings, customer and partner meetings, and industry events, with a field-first, in-person approach.
  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans and stay ahead of competitive trends to differentiate Portworx.
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives, including sales enablement, process improvement, and readiness programs.
  • Define and track success metrics across pipeline generation, communications, and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading high-growth software sales teams, ideally in SaaS or cloud-native technology environments.
  • Experience in first-line leadership roles managing individual contributors and establishing operational best practices.
  • A strong track record of building and executing territory and go-to-market strategies that scale over time.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystem, DevOps, open-source software, and application modernization.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari.
  • Strong program management and communication skills with the ability to align teams and measure impact.
  • Experience managing partners, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style with strong influencing and decision-making abilities.
  • Passion for customer success, innovation, and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a field-first, in-person capacity for meetings and industry events.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $172,500 to $276,000 USD.
