Description

  • Manage, build, develop, coach, and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts.
  • Assess organizational needs and current People Systems and recommend improvements to the HRIS ecosystem.
  • Evaluate proposed HRIS tools and technologies and provide recommendations for support and deployment.
  • Oversee deployment of new HRIS solutions and maintain the performance of existing systems.
  • Collaborate with People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements based on business needs.
  • Liaise with IT teams to align People Systems with overall company technology strategy.
  • Standardize the HRIS ticketing lifecycle and define and monitor SLAs for timely support.
  • Develop and maintain standard, custom, and ad hoc reports and queries for the People Team and broader organization.
  • Improve procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee data in Workday and connected systems such as ADP payroll.
  • Manage permissions, access, and governance for HRIS platforms while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and end-user training programs across the organization.
  • Manage the daily workflow of the HRIS team, including feedback, evaluations, recruiting, and onboarding of new staff as needed.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of HRIS experience, including experience with cloud-based applications such as Workday.
  • Prior experience leading or managing small teams is preferred.
  • Experience in global companies with a 6-10+ country scope is strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS concepts, principles, and best practices across systems such as e-Learning, Recognition, Payroll, and HRIS/ERP.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Proven experience managing a ticketing or request queue such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or JIRA.
  • Ability to think globally while balancing local requirements.
  • Ability to work in a structured way while remaining flexible to business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and reallocate resources quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical support skills with the ability to deliver solutions across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy practices for HR data and personal identifying information.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $118,400 to $148,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Non-sales roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
