Description

  • Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
  • Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client questions on benefits and compliance.
  • Provide in-country guidance on Eastern European labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Review employment contracts and advise on risk mitigation.
  • Guide clients through performance improvement plans and timely salary changes.
  • Act as the point of contact for immigration and mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
  • Document processes, identify tasks that can be delegated, and support smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Drive automation, AI adoption, and other process improvements to standardize HR practices locally and globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Deep expertise in Eastern European labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Europe.
  • Experience supporting complex employee relations cases.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AI tools, HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Knowledge of the EOR industry is preferred.
  • Additional language skills such as Czech or Serbo-Croatian are preferred.
  • This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
