Description

  • Own the day-to-day execution and administration of global leave-of-absence programs across all regions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of leave cases, including medical, parental, personal, and statutory leaves.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for leave policies, processes, and employee support.
  • Partner with U.S. and Canada leave administrators while maintaining global coordination and oversight.
  • Ensure accurate leave tracking, documentation, and reporting across systems.
  • Support accommodations, interactive processes, and return-to-work planning.
  • Conduct regular leave audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and process consistency.
  • Support administration of U.S. benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness offerings.
  • Execute compliance activities such as 401(k) and FSA NDT, Form 5500 filings, Medicare Creditable Coverage, HIPAA notices, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform payroll and benefits audits, support open enrollment, and partner with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave-of-absence administration.
  • Strong experience managing LOA programs, ideally across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
  • Deep working knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and ACA.
  • Experience with compliance processes such as audits, NDT, or regulatory filings.
  • Exposure to or experience supporting international benefits programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, with Workday preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. outside the listed restricted metro areas and states.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $77,647.50 to $104,400 USD.
