Description

  • Design and drive the go-to-market strategy for Federal and State/Local sales.
  • Proactively communicate progress, roadblocks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Build, cultivate, and expand relationships with influential contacts across federal departments and agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, design, product, marketing, and legal teams to support deal closure.
  • Manage and analyze key performance metrics, including forecasting, pipeline generation, win rate, and deal sizes.
  • Hire, develop, and coach Account Executives selling into the federal market.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including work with federal departments and agencies.
  • 10+ years of sales management experience.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple partners and thorough negotiations involving pricing, legal, and procurement.
  • Track record of exceeding annual sales quotas with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Experience landing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Ability to lead a multi-team, cross-functional workstream with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Willingness to work full time from a US hub or remotely in the United States.
