Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development by running pilot placements with design partners and converting them into paid retained relationships.
  • Build and own the go-to-market motion for the company.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s culture and operating foundation.
  • Work closely with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture building team as co-founder and CEO.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market.
  • Experience with consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-fit note as part of the application.
