Description

  • Run A/B tests to evaluate product changes and donor experience improvements.
  • Identify insights in data and conduct research to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Work with retention rate and subscription/supporter lifetime value metrics.
  • Design and build data marts to support analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards for product and business stakeholders.
  • Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from product teams.
  • Support the team’s efforts to reduce churn and improve post-donation subscription management and email communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in Python and data analysis libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
  • Strong written English for documentation and communication.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B1 or higher).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Curiosity and a hypothesis-driven mindset are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences is preferred.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, data-rich environments is a plus.
  • Experience with the company’s stack, including ClickHouse, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Airflow, and Git, is a plus.
