Description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze project portfolio data from multiple sources.
  • Design and implement automated workflows for portfolio data collection, transformation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain reporting models and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to identify trends, predict risks, and generate insights.
  • Support automated reporting for project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor the project portfolio for trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making and portfolio optimization.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in project work, professional development, and a business challenge presentation to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Expected graduation by Spring 2026 or December 2026, with interest in full-time opportunities after the internship.
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Preferred: Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts and tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Azure ML.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in data analysis, automation, or reporting.

  • Paid 12-week internship running from May 18 to August 7, 2026.
  • Good faith estimated pay of $20.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule.
