Description

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate goals into technical solutions.
  • Identify, define, and analyze technical and functional requirements for AEM-related work.
  • Verify that technical requirements are accurate and meet Definition of Ready standards before development begins.
  • Communicate requirements, impacts, risks, and solutions across client, product, project, and development teams.
  • Analyze upstream and downstream system and process impacts and dependencies.
  • Support product owners by analyzing the business domain and prioritizing the backlog based on business value.
  • Develop user manuals and provide user training when needed.
  • Contribute to test scenarios, test cases, and testing activities to support quality implementations.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, current, and accessible for all stakeholders.
  • Support transition from project delivery to support with necessary handoff documentation.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working with technical teams and solving requirements.
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements, including facilitating workshops.
  • Ability to lead and guide user flows and share them with teams.
  • Experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager implementations, including Enterprise DAM projects on AEM Assets.
  • Familiarity with AEM Assets Enterprise DAM integrations for asset distribution and intake.
  • Experience with metadata and taxonomy management, including digital asset content migration in AEM.
  • Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media and advanced features such as Smart Crop.
  • Proficiency in content operations processes, including governance, migration, and permission models.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern AEM authoring approaches, including Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services, is a plus.
  • Experience with broader Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification is a plus.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification is a plus.
  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Québec.
  • Fluency in English is required for Québec-based candidates due to collaboration with teams across the Americas and Europe.
