Description

  • Contact and qualify cold and warm leads through phone calls.
  • Create and prioritize target account lists.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing events and website inquiries.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s services to reassure prospects.
  • Use multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously.
  • Track all sales activity in a CRM.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop lead generation programs.
  • Report KPIs to leadership, including calls, conversations, and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior sales experience in the real estate domain.
  • Prior experience using CRM software, preferably Close.com.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent internet connection for video calls and a working computer.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Excellent English language skills, including understanding a wide range of idioms, assessed through written, phone, and video tests.
  • Ability to provide and schedule calls with a minimum of 3 references, using corporate phone lines only.
  • A flair for sales process with documented success.
  • Upbeat, enthusiastic, confident, professional, competitive, determined, results-oriented, flexible, and open-minded.
  • Desire to learn a consultative approach to selling products and services.
