Description

  • Follow up on inbound leads quickly, consistently, and professionally during working hours.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery/demo calls for the sales team.
  • Conduct brief discovery calls to assess pain points, decision-making authority, urgency, and fit.
  • Handle additional outbound outreach and operational support as trust and capacity grow.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, contact attempts, outcomes, and appointment details.
  • Update and improve SOPs, workflows, and documentation as systems evolve.
  • Support and refine automations, tags, triggers, and follow-up sequences in Go High Level.
  • Use scripts and communication processes while sounding natural and conversational.
  • Manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong accountability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar phone-based role.
  • Proven experience communicating with prospects or customers by phone, text, and email.
  • Ability to respond to new leads quickly and consistently during working hours.
  • Strong spoken and written English with a neutral, professional communication style.
  • Comfortable making multiple outbound calls each day.
  • Availability to work during the company’s primary business hours and respond to inbound leads in real time.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and SOPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log notes in the CRM.
  • Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and conversational.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a modern home office setup, and a quiet work environment for taking calls.
