Description

  • Conduct discovery calls with qualified inbound, SDR-generated, and outbound leads to assess goals, pain points, and fit.
  • Drive 8+ discovery calls per week by generating additional outreach when inbound volume is light.
  • Evaluate lead quality against Foundation’s ideal customer profile and decide whether to advance or disqualify opportunities.
  • Lead early-stage consultative conversations to identify client priorities and position Foundation’s value.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on win strategies and closing motions for larger opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal resources and proposals to support deal progression.
  • Act as the quarterback for deals, ensuring alignment between client goals and Foundation’s capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot records for deals, contacts, and stage activity on a daily basis.
  • Report weekly on pipeline movement, qualified calls, close rates, and projected revenue.
  • Proactively flag risks, stuck deals, and upsell opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in a digital agency environment.
  • Strong discovery skills and ability to frame value in early conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing calls and materials.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through, pipeline hygiene, and task management.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, proposal development, and consultative sales.
  • Experience with solution selling and diagnosing customer pain points.
  • Ability to multi-thread across stakeholders and build compelling, cost-justified business cases.
  • Adaptability and strategic thinking to respond to customer challenges and competitive threats.
  • Urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong “get it done” mentality with resilience and confidence in difficult situations.
  • Team-selling mindset and comfort collaborating internally to close deals.
  • Background in B2B marketing, SaaS, or digital services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, GEO/AEO, distribution, or paid media is preferred.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work setup.
  • Primary target locations include Canada, LATAM, and Europe.
  • Required timezone overlap with EST.
  • Base pay range of $80k CAD per year.
  • Expected total compensation of $125k CAD per year.
  • Total compensation includes company-wide profit sharing and commission on expansions/extensions.
  • Compensation is adjusted based on experience, role level, and location.
