Description

  • Own relationships with key client stakeholders from engineering leads to executive sponsors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to monitor client needs, project health, and strategic direction.
  • Advocate for client needs internally and align delivery teams to the right outcomes.
  • Identify technology, AI, automation, and emerging-technology opportunities that create client value.
  • Understand client business objectives and proactively recommend solutions and engagement approaches.
  • Work with solution architects and delivery managers to shape technical proposals.
  • Identify and pursue account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new services.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies with the sales organization.
  • Build account plans, proposals, SOWs, and other engagement documentation.
  • Track account metrics, provide forecasts, and maintain visibility into active projects and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of revenue-generating experience.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in daily work.
  • Experience with nearshore and/or offshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with mid-size to large enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with consulting frameworks such as value-based selling or solution selling.
  • Domain expertise in healthcare, financial services, or media is preferred.
