Description

  • Build and run the end-to-end account-based marketing program, including target account selection, tiering, intent playbooks, and pipeline-generating motions.
  • Operate Demandbase as the primary ABM platform owner, including audience building, intent signal tuning, ad delivery, measurement, and reporting.
  • Design and launch multi-channel account plays that combine ads, content, intent signals, and sales outreach for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts.
  • Own the Marketing Qualified Account motion from definition and generation through sales handoff and progression to meetings and opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day paid digital performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and ABM ad orchestration.
  • Oversee channel budget, pacing, and efficiency with a focus on cost-per-pipeline.
  • Build and maintain a testing roadmap across creative, audience, bidding, and landing page experiments.
  • Partner with content and CRO teams to improve paid traffic conversion.
  • Work closely with sales and SDR leadership to convert account-level intelligence and intent signals into meetings and opportunities.
  • Define the ABM and paid-channel metrics framework and publish recurring account performance readouts for marketing and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • At least 3+ years running ABM, paid digital, or both end-to-end.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Demandbase, or equivalent fluency with 6sense or Terminus.
  • Daily use of AI as a core workflow tool for creative production, account research, ad copy generation, bidding analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Proven track record running paid digital at scale across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social.
  • Experience owning pipeline KPIs against spend.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline in target accounts through coordinated account plays, not just lead volume.
  • Strong sales partnership instincts and the ability to work in accounts and opportunities.
  • High comfort with spreadsheets, BI dashboards, and ad platforms to diagnose performance independently.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or Qualified is a plus.
  • Experience marketing to K-12, Higher Ed, or government buyers is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with SDR teams on intent-triggered outbound motions is a bonus.
  • Experience navigating long, committee-driven buying cycles is a bonus.
