Description

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and build outreach strategies to engage senior-level executives at potential clients.
  • Develop an understanding of client barriers and help identify solutions that position FloQast effectively.
  • Build and maintain prospecting lists using internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets for outreach, conversations, and qualifying calls.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory qualification calls and convert qualified prospects into demos for Account Executives.
  • Track prospecting progress and document activities in Salesforce automation systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, or prior accounting/finance experience, or related-field experience with an interest in starting a sales career.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts.
  • Eagerness to be coached and a commitment to self-improvement and success.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative orientation.
  • Ability to stay organized and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacity and a commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and driven self-starter attitude.
  • Interest in building a sales career, or demonstrated sales experience in previous roles.
  • Cold calling and/or Salesforce.com experience is a plus but not required.
  • Finance or FinTech experience is a strong bonus but not required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

  • Base salary of $80,000 CAD.
  • Commission plan with an OTE of $110,000 CAD.
