Description

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and create outreach strategies to build rapport with senior-level executives at prospective clients.
  • Develop an understanding of client barriers and identify solutions that FloQast can provide.
  • Build and maintain prospecting lists using internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through phone outreach, email, and social media.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets for outreach and prospecting.
  • Conduct introductory qualifying calls and convert qualified prospects into scheduled demos for Account Executives.
  • Track progress and document activities in Salesforce automation systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • Past audit/accounting experience is required; any amount of relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Interest in transitioning into a sales career and working in a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new concepts.
  • Eagerness to be coached and commitment to self-improvement.
  • Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacity and commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and self-starter attitude.
  • Cold calling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus but not required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

  • Base salary of $80,000 CAD.
  • Commission plan with total on-target earnings of $110,000 CAD.
