Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of leads through consistent calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Run face-to-face meetings and tailored product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Uncover customer pain points and develop consultative business cases for Flipdish’s solution.
  • Navigate complex deals by engaging multiple stakeholders and addressing objections.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share client feedback and support onboarding.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and pipeline reviews.
  • Build and develop your territory independently where needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in field sales or territory management.
  • Proven success managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
  • Experience with consultative selling, including asking the right questions and linking features to business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to plan a territory and follow up diligently.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to discuss pricing, ROI, and contract terms.
  • Tech-curious and interested in how technology solves real-world problems.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive to track sales activity.
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant technology is advantageous.
