Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality sales pipeline through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and self-sourced territory development.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and tailored product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Uncover customer pain points and develop consultative business cases that show Flipdish’s value.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders and manage objections and commercial structures.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share client feedback and support onboarding.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and pipeline reviews.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in field sales or territory management.
  • Proven success managing a personal pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility in person and over the phone.
  • Experience with consultative selling, including questioning, active listening, and linking features to business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to plan a territory and follow up independently.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to discuss pricing, ROI, and contract terms.
  • Tech-curious and interested in how technology solves real-world problems.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive to track sales activity and pipeline progress.
