Description

  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s profile and credit situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to present products and handle client concerns.
  • Use persuasive communication to convert pre-qualified leads into customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance KPIs.
  • Work with TCP’s technology stack in daily operations, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu.
  • Support inbound or inside phone sales conversations in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach while addressing questions and objections.
  • Learn and apply TCP’s tools, products, and sales methods quickly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in B2C financial or banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, reporting, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong customer empathy and a customer-first orientation.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely with immediate availability.
  • Availability to work one of the listed EST schedules with a 1-hour unpaid break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Must have a computer that meets the company’s Bring Your Own Device requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, or Hodu is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn TCP’s technological suite and sales process.
