Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Nurture a pipeline of high-quality leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Run face-to-face meetings and tailored demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Uncover customer pain points and build consultative business cases around Flipdish’s value.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders and commercial structures.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to share client feedback and support onboarding.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and pipeline reviews.
  • Build and manage your territory, including generating new business where needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in field sales or territory management.
  • Proven success managing a pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility in person and over the phone.
  • Experience with consultative selling, including asking questions, listening actively, and linking product features to business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to plan a territory, schedule meetings, and follow up diligently.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to discuss pricing, ROI, and contract terms.
  • Tech-curious with an interest in how technology solves real-world problems.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive to track activity and report on pipeline progress.
