Description

  • Own onboarding training for new hires across all Sales positions.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify improvement areas for current sales team members.
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers to improve training courses.
  • Report on the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Host group training sessions for sales teams.
  • Maintain updated training materials, curriculum, and records.
  • Develop proficiency in internal administration systems and processes that support the sales team.
  • Review training materials regularly and recommend updates to Sales, UW, Compliance, and Tech stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops Associate to create training materials.
  • Conduct post-training reviews, assessments, and surveys to evaluate curriculum effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a current role within UW, CSO, Funding, or Sales teams at FHF.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, delegate, and set productivity goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM and LOS systems.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt training to contemporary learners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional ability to convey complex information clearly, provide context, and ask effective follow-up questions.
  • Strong listening skills and public speaking acumen.
  • Must be a subject matter expert in Sales, CSO, Funding, and/or UW policies, procedures, and compliance topics.
  • Good research skills to find reliable and relevant content for learners.
  • Experience using modern technology to develop training modules in online platforms.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience in project management, planning, and managing multiple projects at once.
  • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and enthusiasm.
