Description

  • Lead the field enablement and programs team within the Revenue organization.
  • Own GTM onboarding and foundational ramp programs to help new hires reach productivity faster.
  • Track time-to-productivity metrics and iterate onboarding programs based on results.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs, playbooks, and process-change support for the field.
  • Create a system of record for enablement content that is searchable, versioned, and measurable.
  • Set operational rhythms, internal communications, and meetings that protect selling time and reduce friction.
  • Run strategic programs and projects that improve GTM efficiency with clear project management standards and SLAs.
  • Partner with RevOps to build dashboards and analyze enablement impact on pipeline and performance.
  • Serve as the bridge between field teams and product marketing to influence messaging and content creation.
  • Own partner enablement motions and adapt programs for both direct and indirect selling motions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the enablement and programs team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM enablement or sales leadership.
  • Proven success building enablement programs from the ground up at a B2B SaaS company of comparable size and complexity.
  • Deep experience with onboarding and ramp design, playbook development, and field communications.
  • Demonstrated fluency in partner enablement across direct and indirect selling motions.
  • Track record of influencing product marketing and upstream content decisions as a credible field partner.
  • Strong experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Saleshood.
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive programs across teams that do not report to you.
  • Prior experience in HR Tech or workforce technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Force Management sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience scaling enablement during high-growth or transformation periods, such as new products, re-segmentation, or packaging changes is preferred.
