Description

  • Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into scalable enablement initiatives.
  • Lead rollout strategies for new products, go-to-market messaging, sales motions, tools, and operational processes.
  • Develop enablement roadmaps aligned with company objectives and sales priorities.
  • Identify enablement gaps using performance data, stakeholder feedback, and sales insights.
  • Own end-to-end enablement programs from planning through execution and reinforcement.
  • Build enablement plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led, self-paced, and live training experiences.
  • Develop playbooks, learning paths, reference materials, and other enablement assets using Toptal’s LMS and related tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, office hours, and reinforcement sessions.
  • Measure program effectiveness, report impact to leadership, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.
  • Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming enablement requests while balancing strategic priorities and improving the seller experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or a similar role.
  • Experience building training programs and supporting sales organizations.
  • Experience with learning management systems and sales tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with change management, enablement methodologies, and related tools.
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end and hosting calls or meetings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
  • Must submit resumes and communication in English.
