Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to win new business and expand revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quotas.
  • Build, nurture, manage, and support new sales and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Identify and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, including CIO and CSO-level contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to create revenue growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and account information in Salesforce.com.
  • Sustain a high volume of sales activity through calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve quarterly territory sales goals.

Requirements

  • Experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Strong selling experience with enterprise accounts and an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, including verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of customers.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
  • Drive to succeed and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced company.
  • 3 or more years of IT selling experience (preferred).
  • Experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to corporate enterprises (preferred).
