Description

  • Cold-call, email, and message prospects on LinkedIn to generate interest in FinQuery’s software.
  • Research prospects and uncover pain points among finance and accounting decision-makers.
  • Set quality meetings and generate sales-qualified leads to support Account Executives.
  • Manage a mix of marketing-sourced leads and self-generated prospects.
  • Execute an established sales process and apply coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Build rapport with prospects, handle objections, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Meet daily activity expectations and monthly quota-based KPIs.
  • Participate in the SDR training programme, including virtual learning, role-plays, and practice sessions.
  • Contribute to pipeline growth and help create opportunities for future revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience required; internship experience will be considered.
  • Prior cold calling experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with the UK business landscape and experience selling into UK organisations.
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections, build relationships, and achieve results consistently.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Grit, strong work ethic, coachability, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and commitment to self-development.
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Previous SaaS and/or FinTech experience is a plus.
