Description

  • Generate 60-100 calls per month through organic and outbound marketing methods.
  • Drive new business revenue by generating conversations with new potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads that did not initially close and attempt to re-set appointments.
  • Maintain a 20% minimum live-call closing ratio.
  • Complete daily team and administrative tasks, including morning Zoom huddles and end-of-day reports.
  • Update projections, tracking sheets, and the CRM regularly.
  • Work 40 hours per week while keeping enough calendar space to hit 3-5 sets per day.
  • Communicate through Slack during the required daily availability window.

Requirements

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week availability.
  • Ability to generate 3-5 strategy calls per day and 15-25 sets per week.
  • Availability to communicate through Slack daily between 8am-6am EST.
  • Comfort working remotely from anywhere.
  • Ability to support both lead generation and follow-up/re-engagement efforts.
  • Willingness to maintain daily execution of team and administrative tasks.
  • Understanding that compensation is commission-based with a $2,000 monthly base/draw and estimated OTE of $66,000 per year.
