Description

  • Identify and recruit high-value strategic partners, including Tier 1 accounting firms and global ERP integrators.
  • Manage and expand partner alliances across the UK and EMEA to generate scalable revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue to support ARR growth targets.
  • Develop and refine the regional partner program framework, including tiering, incentives, and compliance standards.
  • Set and enforce rules of engagement between channel partners and direct sales teams to reduce friction and improve deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with direct sales teams on joint account plans, co-selling strategies, and pipeline reviews.
  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification to accelerate partner readiness and self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for partner pipeline activity, deal registration, and revenue attribution.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews and executive scorecards to track partner performance.
  • Partner with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives and account-based sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience.
  • Typically 6-10 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Experience in SaaS channel sales, partner development, or alliance management.
  • Prior experience working with accounting, ERP, or financial technology partners is highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in multi-tier channel models and alliance management within SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of reseller, referral, and co-sell partner ecosystem models.
  • Understanding of partner program design, tier structures, incentive frameworks, and enablement requirements.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software procurement and buying processes related to channel and alliance sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner relationship management platforms for attribution and pipeline reporting.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders internally and externally.
