Description

  • Identify and qualify prospective partners across the U.S. and European markets.
  • Research target companies, map decision-makers, and build personalized outreach.
  • Surface partnership opportunities and present deal concepts to leadership with clear business framing.
  • Develop compelling mutual value propositions by identifying leverage points in prospective partners’ businesses.
  • Draft outreach materials, pitch decks, and early-stage deal frameworks.
  • Manage early pipeline conversations and warm opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Own day-to-day management of partnerships, including performance tracking and proactive issue management.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partner relationships.
  • Build internal tools and automate repetitive workflows to improve operating leverage.
  • Create scalable systems for prospecting, tracking, and managing partnerships.
  • Stay current on AI tools relevant to business development and bring new capabilities to the team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or partnerships, or equivalent demonstrated hustle.
  • Startup or high-ownership environment experience strongly preferred.
  • AI-native working style, including building automations, writing prompts, and thinking in systems.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and create momentum independently.
  • Strong analytical ability to understand business models and identify leverage points.
  • Clear, confident, and tailored communication style for both senior executives and founders.
  • Genuine passion for dogs, technology, and building impactful products.
