Description

  • Own the end-to-end MDF lifecycle, including allocation, approvals, compliance, measurement, and reporting.
  • Manage and evolve global MDF guidelines, eligibility requirements, governance, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners and internal stakeholders regarding MDF processes and escalations.
  • Manage MDF funding for distributors and reseller partners in alignment with business and Partner Marketing priorities.
  • Partner with Finance on MDF accruals, contra budgets, financial reporting, audit readiness, and fiscal discipline.
  • Define business requirements for MDF systems, workflows, data capture, validation, reporting, and partner experience.
  • Develop performance reporting and insights to support leadership decisions, strategic planning, and ROI optimization.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, data-quality enhancements, and program scalability.
  • Oversee Partner Marketing OPEX management, forecasting, and budget alignment.
  • Lead annual operating-plan discussions and manage an MDF compliance contractor while coordinating across Partner Operations, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Finance, IT, and Channel Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, finance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies with approximately $500 million to $5 billion in revenue.
  • Proven experience managing MDF programs at scale and measuring campaign ROI and partner growth.
  • Strong functional leadership, stakeholder influence, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in process development, documentation, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced analytics and experience with MDF/PRM tools such as Channelscaler, Salesforce, and 360Insights.
  • Experience with budget and reporting tools including SmartSheet, Snowflake/Sigma, and Power BI.
  • Ability to build consensus, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience experimenting with new tools and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness is preferred.
