Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary customer contact and point of accountability.
  • Lead client status meetings, QBRs, EBRs, steering committees, and ongoing stakeholder communications.
  • Manage data connector builds, platform configuration, validation, and go-live activities.
  • Coordinate dependencies across clients, internal teams, third parties, DHP, and engineering.
  • Maintain account health scores in Planhat and monitor usage, engagement, CSAT, and NPS signals.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery and account risks while maintaining project momentum.
  • Partner with the Customer Growth and Retention team on renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Connect implementation activities to adoption, ROI, and broader customer value-realization goals.
  • Document process improvements, share best practices, and mentor newer team members.
  • Use AI and emerging technologies responsibly to improve analysis, documentation, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading account implementation and customer success processes in software or technology.
  • Healthcare experience, ideally including claims, clinical data integration, population health, and value-based care.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and customer success principles, tools, and methods.
  • Experience owning long-term client relationships, retention-focused communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project- and account-level risks.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive, operational, clinical, and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency creating client-ready materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with customer success platforms such as Planhat and account health-scoring methods preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, executive reviews, and conferences, typically quarterly.
  • Experience partnering with growth, renewal, or account management teams preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, and mentoring skills preferred.
