Description

  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops.
  • Set and manage customer expectations throughout engagements.
  • Lead technical project teams delivering consulting services.
  • Manage objectives, requirements, milestones, status, dependencies, timelines, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex problems, structure project approaches, and determine solutions.
  • Review, edit, approve, and present project deliverables to client executives.
  • Support business development through discovery meetings, scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Build customer relationships and present technical solutions to C-level executives.
  • Develop and enhance advisory and deployment service offerings.
  • Act as a technology thought leader, mentor team members, and maintain awareness of IT trends and standards.

Requirements

  • Senior-level consulting experience.
  • 15+ years of experience as a senior information technology leader overseeing transformational modernization initiatives such as cloud adoption, automation, platform engineering, or agile-at-scale adoption.
  • 8+ years of executive technology consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks, such as OKRs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, executive presence, technology change leadership, and ability to solve complex abstract problems.
  • MBA preferred.
