Description

  • Lead strategic customer implementations from discovery through go-live, including workflow analysis, solution design, project leadership, and change management.
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors, governance teams, and clinical leaders as a strategic customer advisor.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, executive business reviews, and strategic discussions aligned with customer goals.
  • Oversee portfolio health, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve escalated customer and implementation issues.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Clinical Workflow Implementation Managers.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
  • Establish standardized implementation methodologies, best practices, tools, and scalable playbooks.
  • Use implementation metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on process improvements, product roadmap insights, case studies, and user community initiatives.
  • Apply expertise in hospital operations, patient throughput, bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharge workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working with hospitals or healthcare operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, implementation management, or customer success.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and mentoring customer-facing teams.
  • Experience building, scaling, or transforming implementation, consulting, or customer-facing operations.
  • Expertise in inpatient operations, patient throughput, bed management, admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence change in complex healthcare organizations using data and change management strategies.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
  • U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Preferred: RN or clinical license, graduate degree, Lean/Six Sigma training, healthcare technology implementation, or multidisciplinary change leadership experience.
