Description

  • Lead teams responsible for client delivery and company growth initiatives.
  • Apply structured project management and process methodologies to achieve program goals and targets.
  • Communicate and execute program and company objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate on changes to program scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Translate client vision into project activities, success outcomes, and measurable metrics.
  • Advise clients on strategic vision and direction as a trusted partner.
  • Identify issues and conflicts, resolve problems, and turn barriers into opportunities.
  • Negotiate project and company agreements and outcomes.
  • Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
  • Working knowledge of federal program execution.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • US citizenship or Green Card; Bellese does not offer sponsorship.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
  • Passion for healthcare, service design, customer service, collaboration, and mission-driven work.
