Description

  • Define and execute field marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives, marketing goals, and sales targets.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Design repeatable, scalable programs and processes that generate predictable pipeline growth.
  • Build and refine marketing strategy using ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics.
  • Deliver measurable pipeline targets and improve conversion across target accounts and vertical segments.
  • Build alignment with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, BDR, regional marketing, operations, integrated campaigns, and digital teams.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams on messaging, content strategy, and campaign assets.
  • Support sales by identifying and customizing content for campaign execution.
  • Create and execute partner go-to-market campaigns to support pipeline generation goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies.
  • Direct pipeline accountability and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B environments.
  • Experience creating programs beyond traditional events, including digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Strong partnership skills with sales leaders and the ability to communicate pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce, Marketo, and other data analysis platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple demand generation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • 20%–25% domestic travel required.
