Description

  • Design and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Prospect, open, and onboard new Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Represent Exoticca at trade fairs, industry events, training sessions, and FAM trips.
  • Deliver commercial presentations and product training sessions in person and virtually.
  • Identify group sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and reporting in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams to ensure alignment and service excellence.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly expense reports.
  • Meet and exceed established KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico.
  • An active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in consultative sales and long-term relationship development.
  • An autonomous, results-oriented profile with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-growing environments.
