Description

  • Manage inbound leads and proactively prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close.
  • Run consultative discovery conversations with attorneys and law firm decision-makers.
  • Present SEO, AEO, paid search, social, and website solutions tied to client growth goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline stages, activities, and communications.
  • Own sales performance and reporting with full accountability for results.
  • Partner with account management and delivery teams to support smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay current on legal industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing developments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS.
  • Proven track record selling to attorneys or law firm leadership.
  • JD or legal background strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Working fluency in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing.
  • Strong consultative selling and active listening skills.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with sales technology.
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly and work effectively without heavy structure.
  • Experience selling into law firms or equivalent experience is highly valued.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings.
