Description

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through close using a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Present SEO, AEO, paid search, social media, and web design solutions to attorneys and law firms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for deal stages, activities, and client communications.
  • Build trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering value and strong service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts and messaging.
  • Partner with account managers and internal teams to support a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of sales or business development experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable selling to attorneys; experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Ideal background in legal tech or digital marketing/SaaS.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to prospect and close deals, supported by sales results.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort using sales technology tools.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel domestically for client meetings and events.
  • JD or legal background is a plus, but not required.
