Description

  • Design the full testing framework for unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing tailored to the ServiceNow customization.
  • Collaborate with the project team to understand application requirements, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Coordinate with business owners, developers, and end-user representatives to align test scenarios with real-world usage across regions, roles, and support request types.
  • Review manual test cases and user stories in Azure DevOps projects.
  • Create and manage test cases, test data, and defects in Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in Sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
  • Support automated and manual testing activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to integration and end-to-end testing, including mock/stub-based testing where needed.

Requirements

  • University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 8 years.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a QA role with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow suite.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with open-source testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, and Appium.
  • At least 2 years of experience with the Azure DevOps platform.
  • In-depth experience in API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
  • Experience automating system integration tests using mock/stubs and end-to-end tests.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mobile automation using Appium and cloud platforms such as BrowserStack or LambdaTest.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, including REST methods and operations and JSON data serialization using libraries.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or Git Actions.
  • Experience with both automated and manual testing methodologies.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JS, or Python.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
