Description

Design the full testing framework for unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing tailored to the ServiceNow customization.
Collaborate with the project team to understand application requirements, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Coordinate with business owners, developers, and end-user representatives to align test scenarios with real-world usage across regions, roles, and support request types.
Review manual test cases and user stories in Azure DevOps projects.
Create and manage test cases, test data, and defects in Azure DevOps.
Participate in Sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
Support automated and manual testing activities across the project lifecycle.
Contribute to integration and end-to-end testing, including mock/stub-based testing where needed.

Requirements

University degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of 8 years.
At least 5 years of experience in a QA role with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow suite.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with open-source testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, and Appium.
At least 2 years of experience with the Azure DevOps platform.
In-depth experience in API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
Experience automating system integration tests using mock/stubs and end-to-end tests.
At least 2 years of experience in mobile automation using Appium and cloud platforms such as BrowserStack or LambdaTest.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, including REST methods and operations and JSON data serialization using libraries.
Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or Git Actions.
Experience with both automated and manual testing methodologies.
Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JS, or Python.
Excellent command of the English language.
