Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for iOS native apps, Android native apps, and responsive web applications.
  • Develop automated smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
  • Create reusable automation components and libraries.
  • Ensure automation is reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Validate mobile-specific functionality such as push notifications, deep links, device permissions, biometric authentication, offline behavior, application lifecycle behavior, and cross-device compatibility.
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Design and execute API automation tests.
  • Validate integrations between mobile applications and backend services.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support release readiness activities.
  • Monitor automation execution and quality metrics, and identify and address automation failures and flaky tests.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate test case generation, automation development, defect investigation, test data creation, log analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
  • Experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
  • Experience testing responsive web applications.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, or Kotlin.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Appium, Playwright, Selenium, XCUITest, or Espresso.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Karate DSL, or REST Assured.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
  • Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm, or Firebase Test Lab is preferred.
  • Performance testing experience is preferred.
  • Accessibility testing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with visual testing tools such as Applitools or Percy is preferred.
