Description

  • Design and architect information systems and related architecture components.
  • Analyze integration between different information systems.
  • Design and implement services and composites in an SOA context, including BPMN, BPEL, and SCA.
  • Produce case models, software architecture documents, design and analysis models, and implementation models.
  • Follow up on data analysis and data modelling activities.
  • Document technical implementations and composites.
  • Evaluate and test technical components delivered by other teams to ensure they meet requirements and methodology.
  • Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and user meetings.
  • Assist with the resolution of production issues.
  • Support testing, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and 10 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience with Procurement/Grants business procedures and/or IT solutions design.
  • Experience with Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate, REST, JIRA, IntelliJ, and GIT.
  • Experience with Mockito, JUnit, Maven, SQL, XML, Oracle, Jenkins, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with complex application environments and knowledge of information systems.
  • Experience with workflow applications.
  • Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as RUP and Agile.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as BPMN.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
