Description

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Design and implement data ingestion, data harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation targets.
  • Design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
  • Collaborate with teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous services, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and data governance best practices.
  • Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Translate business and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and support agile delivery processes and sprint planning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Deep expertise in Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Activation.
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment and release best practices.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Active certifications required: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
