Description

Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
Design and implement data ingestion, data harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation targets.
Design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Collaborate with teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud.
Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous services, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and data governance best practices.
Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Translate business and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and support agile delivery processes and sprint planning.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Deep expertise in Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Activation.
Strong programming skills in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, and deployment and release best practices.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Active certifications required: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
