Description

  • Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and general users.
  • Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
  • Advise business users and technical team members on the best way to build reports and dashboards.
  • Develop dataflows and lenses in the Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to support business requirements.
  • Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment.
  • Define operations and refresh standards aligned to the global data strategy.
  • Work directly with customers as a customer-facing technical resource.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI team and internal technical team members on solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application role.
  • End-to-end project implementation experience, including integrations with applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
  • Solid understanding of PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications, including Application Architect and System Architect.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Preferred: strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver solutions.
  • Preferred: ability to pivot quickly and create new solutions based on customer needs.
  • Preferred: strong organization skills to prioritize project tasks and milestones.
  • Preferred: highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
